Bosphorus is a strait separating two continents;Asia and Europe.It connects the Black Sea to The Sea of Marmara.Once you come to Istanbul ,you must see it.Boat tour takes about two hours and during the tour you will see two suspension bridges,two castles,three palaces and beautiful wooden houses on the sea shore.

Rumeli Hisarı(European Fortress): It is a very beautiful fortress built by Ottoman Sultan Mehmet II just before the siege of Constantinople to stop the aid coming from the Black Sea.And it is located at the narrowest point of the Bosphorus ;660mt.

Boğaziçi Köprüsü(Bosphorus bridge):It is the first bridge on the Bosphorus strait and built in 1973.It connects two continents ,Europe and Asia.And as I know it is the 7th biggest suspension bridge in the world.

Dolmabahçe Sarayı(Dolmabahce Palace): Dolmabahçe Palace was the first European-style palace in Istanbul and was built by Sultan Abdülmecid between 1842 and 1853, at a cost of five million Ottoman gold pounds, the equivalent of 35 tons of gold. Fourteen tons of gold in the form of gold leaf were used to gild the ceilings of the palace. The world's largest Bohemian crystal chandelier, is at the center hall. The chandelier has 750 lamps and weighs 4.5 tons. Dolmabahçe has the largest collection of Bohemian and Baccarat crystal chandeliers in the world, and one of the great staircases has bannisters of Baccarat crystal.
